I am bride-to-be myself, and not too long ago I was a stressed out, overweight women who’s life was controlled by food.

For fifteen years I was convinced that if I hated my body enough then I would lose weight. I believed that if I could muster up enough mental strength to not finish a pint of ice cream then someday I would wake up twenty pounds thinner and feel like I finally had my act together.  I tried everything from Weight Watchers to Slim Fast, boot camps to juice cleansing, calorie-counting to label-obsessing. Sometimes I would pat myself on the back for grasping my insanity long enough to lose a few pounds, but when the structure of my diet was taken away, I was left with no parachute to catch me, and I gained all the weight back.

Despite the constant diet failure, I was determined to find a solution to my pain.  I knew that there had to be a better way.  Through my own journey and the experience of my clients, I have developed a unique path to helping you fall in love with your body.  This path is one of pleasure, balance, relaxation, clarity, fun and centering.  NOT torture, deprivation, punishing workouts, calorie counting and meal supplements.
